I'm gonna put this Chevy crap behind me for now and move on . I'll be checking everything from runout to misfire but the engine is still coming apart because I've had so many issues with that PP damper . I'll even have to find another 2 groove 4 bolt crank pulley now for the BHJ damper because I had to open it up to fit the PP damper .
The problems I've had with the PP damper
1) doesn't fit the crank (broken bolt in crank as a result)
2) timing mark off by 8 deg (have to add 8 deg to total timing)
3) didn't fit my stock 4 bolt 2 groove pulley (opened stock pulley to fit)
4) might also have a runout problem but not sure yet (see video above)
Norm , your buddies Mustang hooks nice . I've come to the conclusion that the track was the problem with my tire spin . It hooked way better on the street at 4500 rpm on the transbrake

. I can just imagine what it'll be like with a set of hot M/T 28-11.5-15 slicks on it .
I'm going back out to the garage to do some more cleaning and organizing .
