Yes..It is a round Metal (approx 2 inch) piece with 4 tabs. Becareful as the six cylinder looks almost the same as the V8 Piece, but the tabs on the 6 Cylinder have one side longer than the other.  The V8 has the same length Tabs on each side (to center it on the radiator).  I doesn't exactly seal to the radiator like a true Shroud, but I can attest to how well it does work as my temp gage really went down when I added the missing one to my SC/Rambler.
