Membership Expiration
04/14/09 at 17:34:29

In an effort to maintain a more accurate member count, I wanted to let people know that your membership with this Forum will expire if you have not posted within 14 days of registration.

Folks are more than welcome to remain lurkers, for that you don't need to sign up.  You can read the topics in the forums without a membership.

For folks just trying to reserve their name, well, you're S.O.L. if you don't post.

Anyone who's signed up, but hasn't even been on the Forum in the last 14 days has already had their membership deleted.

Thank you for your understanding,

-Fran

Fran, for some clarity, once somebody is an active member is there a timeframe that if they don't post they lose posting rights?

I didn't see a responce to question of non-activity once you are "member" and have posting priv's.
Do you have a minimum # of posts required per week/month/year before you are terminated?

No minimum.

At the time of this writing, if you have ONE (1) post, you are not in danger of losing your username.

This could/may change as there are quite a few people with 1 post in three years and I'm trying to decide on whether or not to drop 'em.  I don't want to worry folks... I will probably forget about it for a month or two before I settle on a decision.
