greetings from Alberta Canada

Hello,
long time AMC fan...26 years to be exact.
I was turned on to AMC by a friend of mine that showed me a 1973 AMC Javelin for sale. It had a 258ci, auto in it. LOVED THAT CAR!. Sadly it got wiped out in an accident when I was 20 years old.
I have owned a 69 Javelin 290, 70 Javelin SST 360, 1972 Javelin/AMX 401 auto, 1973 AMC Javelin 401 auto, a 1974 Javelin 401 auto.
I recently sold a 1969 AMC Javelin SST 343 auto to a gentleman in Missouri.
Currently I dont own one but I am hoping to change that in the near future.
I didnt know this forum existed until today and am thankful I found it. Looking forward to being involved.
I am keeping my eye out for a 1970 Javelin SST 390 4spd, perferably a Mark Donohue. I know there is one for sale through a dealership, but I find the price is a bit much for me.
I am also keeping an eye out for a 1974 Javelin/AMX 401 4spd. yes, I know there is also one for sale in Seattle but again, I find the price a little lofty.
thanks and looking forward to chatting with you.

Welcome!
Good luck on your quest to accumulate AMC's again.
You can't own just one!

thanks for the welcome!
I will endeavour to get some pics up of previous cars that I have owned.
I am pretty sure they are in a shoe box somewhere.

Welcome on board!, there are lots of Javelin lovers like you here Smiley Everyone likes pictures, and a sense of humor is a great plus, but either way. There is alot of good info to gain and stories to enjoy. SH

not at the moment. I was when I owned a Javelin but left when it was sold.
I am also two hours away from the clubs meeting grounds which makes it difficult to get in for get togethers.
I may rejoin again if I find the AMC I am looking for.

Welcome to teh forum, as allways great to see more Polar Bears joining all the time!  Good luck in the hunt for a new car, not sure if you are looking for a project, or a completed ride, but the usedregina.com's of the world seem to turn up some amc hits from time to time.  Worth checking out.

Hope you find something soon.
