I have heard some horror stories about Indy's customer service from some folks and that they can be less than friendly to deal with.

That being said.....I have not ever personally had any problems with any Indy product that I have ever bought so far....but I know a few have had.

I think I would be more inclined to buy from a reputable dealer.....that way you have someone to fall back on if there is a problem.
