got my driveline married (no ceremony or anything) I6 UPGRADE to a 360 with R4B, holley, freeflows, mild cam........got the tranny/transfer case moved forward (what a frickin' job OR I'm getting old).....truck body parts are ready for paint, cab is heading to paint shop Monday for choco-brown to hunter green conversion.....hopefully I can get this done before we run out of fuel on the planet

oh and rear lift in, front lift ready but will wait until chassis comes back from paint shop

this is one of those, JUST wanted to do a coloUr change, 3 inch lift and v8 transplant, with Gladiator grill conversion that is bordering on, "screw it, lets do a full body off resto" projekts

Machine, AMX, J10.........J10, Machine, AMX......AMX Machine J10....and lets not forget the 4th mystery projekt

Sounds like you might be able to get it put together somewhat before it gets cold again. SH

here it is shortly after the long trailer ride back from the south

notice my weathervane is pointing the way to Savannah......I should pay more attention

here is what I am trying to achieve

only Hunter Green..........I have a Grand Waggoneer power leather interior installed, NOS front and rear bumpers but not sure if I want them and the rollbar white, chrome or body coloUr and I have a complete MINT Gladiator Grill setup ready to go on.

The body shop has the box, tailgate, fibreglass rear fenders and steel front fenders cleaned up and in primer, trying to bolt down the rear lift tonight to get the chassis to the paint shop...

I would pick the red, or black myself. Are you planning on doing the body side decals? Or don't want it to look quite so loud? The chrome rims and bumpers and grille will look good together. Painted bumpers might start to make it get pretty dark all around, since the hunter green is dark itself. Unless you want it to look more utillity to match the older grille. Just my opinion though, not worth a whole lot

i have a GW nutmeg power his'n'her leather interior in it and I grasped with the coloUr change for a long time, I'm still not convinced I made the right decision, but like I say....its a 72........."PAR for the course"

if I could only lure Mr Smileyface and mr Smurf up here with their ambition, well, you know..........it'd be a decent bday present for me

Cappy between you and Mr.Happyface, what a team it would be

RR, Mr.Happyface has been working up a storm helping me at work to get extra cash for the Jeep, and the Gremlin. I think he would love to go to "camp Jeep" at your house for a week, but a big caution, you won't get any sleep, and if Cappy comes at the same time, you will have it all done and ready to drive, except between the 2 of them it might end up too nice to get dirty Wink
