While I have not purchased one of these, the guarantee that it has been test fit for accuracy should prevent that you get a recycled defective crown piece.  
 
new covers are also available from Indy, but they use an aftermarket Razor pump and while that is a good upgrade, the system will set you back about a grand.

 I happen to have a near perfect one, It's been bead blasted, the oil pump & water pump cavitys are super nice and no bolt hole issues.
