I assume its part of the 1970 TSM, is there a specific cct you are looking for?
 
I'm blowing my laptop apart for a new project I'll be working on, but if you are looking for a specific cct, or the whole thing I can try and do it before I take my laptop out of commission

Here is the TSM for all 1973 AMC cars. I know you wanted 1970, but it's the only on I know about.

I've got the nice big colour one from ebay years ago. Found it very accurate.   I'll try a scan and see what happens. (might be too big for scanner).  

The plug to the horn relay should have pink, grey, and black wires going to it.  
Wire to temp sender unit on the engine is purple.  
Yellow goes to fuel sender and gauge.
As far as instrument lights etc, they just go to plugs that are hard to mix up on the cluster. It looks like the alternator warning light is an orange wire with a yellow tracer. ***Remember that this schematic if for an all-stock installation with stock regulator etc.

It looks like some of the wires in my pics change to grey in places (like the pink horn wire) for some reason? (they don't)
