Did I see a faded "suicycle" sticker on the back window.  Wasn't that a MC shop in Sacramento in the 80s?

yea thats a suicycle sticker...lol he bought the jeep in 91, so maybe it was still around then..  
 
 the jeep will be a streeter, basically stock, with a few bolt on goodies...
