Come on Tony you know better than that.
The thickness is based on matierial .
Tubbing size is based on what kind of cage / bar you are installing.
Also in some cases which bar it is, as in support and cross bars.
But the main hoop in a roll bar such as a 6 point has to be at least 1-3/4 and a roll cage such as a 10 or more point has to be at least 1-5/8
As Tony said DOM or (drawn over mandrel) is the same weight as mild steel tubing it still has to be at least .118 at the radius so you need to start with thicker tubbing
