Yes Leon... SATURDAY! For those not-in-the-know... last year I was thinking the Rambler Rama was on Sunday. Late Saturday afternoon when I realized the event was Sunday, I jumped in the AMX and "blasted" up to Rambler Rama in record time to catch the last hour or so. By taking back roads I was able to avoid the constabulary and used the "closed course conditions with a professional driver" to get there in time to enjoy a little visit.

What a great day! The car ran great, I worry about taking it on an almost 2 hour highway cruise, but there was no reason to worry again! My wife had a good time, and the kids behaved!
There were some cars I haven't seen before which was nice, and some of my favourites returned. Pauls car, there was an orange Gremlin there again this year that I just love! That black Rebel from Espanola..

The best thing about these all AMC shows are the people and their appreciation of our brand . I drove my 71 AMX the 110 kms (68 miles) each way in the heat and the temperature never went over 190 F . The weather was perfect and I've got a great sunburn to prove it .
