Sorry, another torque tube quiry...

Have a 63 Classic that I would like to drive.  Is it worth doing the rear end swap verses trying to get a engine that will push it with existing setup??

second, if swap, I can find more old AMC's than pre-93 Rangers.  I have information that the hornet family rear measures the same as the classic rear, 56.5"...  Can anyone confirm this or have opinions or experience with this swap??

thanks in advance.
